bo8109b Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: New Glarus, WI Posts: 142	Mercury Build Date Sponsored Links (Register now to hide all advertisements) Have a '48 Mercury convertible, data plate stamped SOM (Somerville) and high on the passenger side firewall in large numerals 1 28 48 109. Assuming that's a build date, what's the 109 mean?
