Guys,
I agree with DavidG that the locking hubcap was designed for the side mount spares only. It clearly states this in the November 1932 Ford Service Bulletins on page 73.
Also no lower or upper bands exist for the 32 Ford. No part number and no referance in the parts book. And you can't use 1933 1934 Ford bands as they were designed for a 17" tire not a 18" as used on a 32 Ford.
