Default Re: What did you do today that was flathead V8 related?

A few days ago replaced the battery with a new one. next day the new battery was dead. decided to replace the regulator. I have negative ground so polorized it. Ran rough I had a spare rebuilt generator put that on and replaced belts as long as I was in there. ran rough and flooded. Left it to the next day wouldn't start. Put a different coil and condenser readjusted the carburator , turned the key it popped right off. Happy day.
