Long time no see! 47 splash pan ?

Hello again, I probably have to do a “new member” thread I’ve been gone so long.
Life&work got in the way, I finally retired and I am pushing on with the 47 coupe.
I have a question about the lower radiator splash pan. I’m not sure if I have it on correctly, or if I have the rubber strip correctly installed on it.
My Ford books don’t show that in very good detail.
