OPEN PLENUM 4 BARREL INTAKE GOOD?Bruce?

i AM CONSIDERING USING THIS INTAKE WITH A 390 CFM CARB.255 MERC ENGINE VERTEX L100 CAM.mY CONCERN IS HOW WELL IT WILL IDLE WITH THE OPEN PLENUM(SP).pLAN IS TO GO WITH 4X2 97`S ONCE I GET IT RUNNING GOOD.Hope Bruce see`s this and chimes in.The 3x2 is also home made.
