deuce lover Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: Rockwall TX Posts: 6,019	Re: 37-39 Windshield Plating Sponsored Links (Register now to hide all advertisements) IMO windshield plating is tricky.I am not familiar as to how a 38 frame is fabricated.Talk to the plater and ask if the acid cleaning process can be neutralized. Where metal is crimped over Its nearly impossible to neutralize and the frame rusts from the inside out.
