Default How to rig temp fuel delivery

I'm helping someone sell a Tudor that's been in storage for a few years. I want to show in the listing that the car will run. But I'm pretty sure the carb is gummed up, and there may be rust in the tank. I want to rig a temp fuel system just to confirm that it will run once the carb is fixed.

I have a working carb I can attach temporarily. I want to use a simple gravity-feed system with a jug and a flexible hose to feed the carb. The problem: I've never done this and I don't know how.

Can someone explain to me how this is done? Like, what kind of connectors do I need? What kind of hose do I need? What kind of container do I need? The whole thing is a mystery.
