Default Badger 8ba pistons

Anybody know much about Badger pistons? I googled and couldn't fine much. I have a set of 8ba .030 over that appear to be "destroked". They only have break in run time, so essentially new. Are they worth putting in a stock motor and shave heads to get decent comression, or are they paper weights. They are 4 ring and considerably heavier than stock Ford pistons. I have no use for them, but ran into a young couple with a newly purchased 1951 F1 at a car show last saturday and they are all excited about flatheads so they came this morning and I gave them a couple blocks and some of the fixin's. Going to help them all I can with the parts I've had sitting on the shelves for years. Thanks.
