Default Removing shackle shells, KRW BV-121 & V-170

I have been unable to find a KRW BV-121 or V-170 shackle replacement tool to buy for the '40. So I made some of the components and used a modified ball joint press for installation. The issue I am having is once the stud is pulled on the old shackle, getting the shell out is not as easy. I believe it is because the "knurled nut" I made on the lathe is not the correct OD or profile. Can a fellow Fordbarner post a photo of that knurled extractor nut with the OD & OAL specs in decimals so I can duplicate it. Anyone know a source for the BV-121 or V-170 ? I have checked on ebay and the KRW site.
