So is this pick up a 29 or a 30 ?

Seller says it’s an ‘early’ 1930, says they used left over parts as they rolled into manufacture of each year. I am no expert and have an offer on it. My local friend/expert says it’s a 29.

Opinions welcome...don’t want to buy a 29. Thank you
