Default 32 Driveshaft and Torque Tube Lengths???

Hey Guys: My 32 Cab (v8) has the early Model-A style rear in it. I put a little too much horsepower against it (on the dyno) and damaged it. Anyway, wanted to switch over to the late 32 - 34 Rear end (which I have). As I don't have a late 32 driveshaft and torque tube, here are my questions:

1) What is the length of the late 32 torque tube - versus the early one? Is the measurement from the front of the clamshell mount (very front) to the rear face where it attaches to the banjo housing?

2) What is the length of the 32 driveshaft for the LATE setup? How is it measured - from the front of the splined end (the very tip) - to the rear end of the integral coupler?

I have to cut down a 34 driveshaft and TT, so would love to know these dimensions before I get into it. Is there anything to be aware of that I'm not thinking about? Obviously I need to make sure the radius rod mount is in the correct location - along with the speedo adapter hole. Anything else you can think of???

Thanks!
B&S
