Default How to take apart a Heinze HA-C1??

I have a couple of HA-C1's wipers and I want to make one good one out of the two. Thus I need to take the motor part from one and put it on the gear part of the other. The problem is getting it apart. The pin (see picture) that goes through the little rod that turns it on, will not come out(at least I have not be able to get it out) and this pin needs to come out to get them apart. Any ideas on how to get this pin out? At lease this is the way I see it but I am sure I don't know what I am doing!

Please help!!!!
