I agree that the "collectors" and their stuff are the only interesting part of the show. I think people would watch even if they just went to visit and interact with these interesting people.

There is no need for them to pretend that they are "pickers". Frank is particularly obnoxious when he tries talk people into selling and then low-balls them.
