Default Help with 1933 Grill attachment

I am mocking up my car and have the fenders attached.

I cannot figure out an easy way to bolt the grill to the pie shaped deflector and the fenders. It seems to me that there should be cage nuts around the inner chin of the grill, but my grill(which I believe is original) does not have any.

Any help would be appreciated.
