Default floor pan alterations to install mitchell OD?

Guys any one installed a Mitchell OD and tailshaft in a 35-36 roadster or coupe? Did you happen to write down the dimensions and alterations required to have enough clearance? My buddy who is installing new floor pans in my roadster can easily allow for this now, but I wont get the OD from Mitchell till February next year.
Also who is running what ratios and diff centers? I have a 4.11, a 3.78 and a soon to be rebuilt 3.54 rear end to choose from. A 39 transmission and a hot street Motor City Flatheads 282Ci motor, weber aluminum flywheel and new 10" clutch. 650-16 tyres.
I'd rather get the views from the real world, Mitchell sound good but nothing like hearing the views of the owners(good and bad feedback is always appreciated) Thanks for any help, Dan.
