Default Fall colors in Grand Teton National Park

AnnaRae went off to play with her sister and mother for three days so I took a quick trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks in Old Henry with little Lady (Chihuahua). 830 miles in three days. I was surprised I couldn't find a room anywhere in that area so had to camp in the tent. Rained all the first day and night and half the next day. Got down to 30° the second night. I would rather have had a room.

I realized when we got into the national parks why everyone was there. I'd never been there in the fall. Video here: https://youtu.be/2gY7HkrfNJ8

Morning shot at the very picturesque Oxbow Bend of the Snake River with the Tetons beyond.

125 year old historic Lake Yellowstone Hotel:

A Ford Barn fan (not a member) from the far north of Sweden camping near me that recognized my car from my previous trip stories that came over to visit. He told me his name and the very small village in the north where he lives but I couldn't even pronounce those words much less remember them.

Back at Oxbow Bend for the sunset at the end of the day:
