1939 Deluxe Coupe emergency brake

Hi Guys

The cable that goes from the wishbone (for lack of right name) to the handle inside the car is starting to separate under the car (a few strands showing).

Can you check my search below? is this the right cable that I need to buy? I don't see where the pin that holds it to the wishbone is from pic
