Last night at 1:30 A.M. we said goodbye to little Pepe at the pet ER where the fluid in his lungs from his congestive heart failure made it almost impossible for him to breath. It was a very difficult and emotional decision and experience to decide to release him from his misery and let him pass into eternal rest.
He was, by far, my very favorite little traveling buddy. I don't know what I'll do now for the road trips I take while my wife is gone off for a few days. Maybe I'll have to borrow one of my son's little dogs to take along for company. We had 10 great years with Pepe and he will be sorely missed. ![]() Here he is on some of our road trips.
