Through the post office, you can add "delivery confirmation" to any package, I assume this may have helped with the "no signature required"?

My take on the Delivery Confirmation, is the USPS is saying at such and such time, the parcel was delivered to the correct address.

Another option is just have the package to the buyer local Post Office and have them pick it up...I probably wouldn't worry about it for a 20 dollar item, but maybe for the money Mike is talking about it, it might be worth thinking about in the future?
