1951 auto trans fluid recommendations

Hi folks, looking for the recommended fluid for a 1951 Fordomatic. I know this may have come up before but I don't want to put the wrong stuff in,previous owner used Dexron. one other place recommended Dexron, another said use type F, but just want the right stuff, I have put in the Dexron and added a quart of Lucas sealer, I just want to use the right stuff before driving too far.
