Well, I agree my '31 Sedan drove and rode great with new springs. No problem at all, until I put new shocks on and discovered the difference. It's not exactly earth shattering but certainly it's a wow. The stability and cornering are so much better. So yes shocks are worthy of the investment. |

I don't blame you for not wanting to drill holes. I'd make a bracket that clamps in place to hold the end of the shock. Others have done it, so I know you can also. I wouldn't drill, grind, or weld anything to my Model A's.

I used to work in a tool and die shop. Oh how I miss those Bridgeport milling machines.
