Anyone know what if any differences there were between the steering box and column on a 34 heavy truck? As far as I can tell the The column drop looks identical to the ones used on the 32 cars and the box looks like some of the 33/34 auto ones.

I have some steering gear/box parts... the car/truck steeing gear uses a 1.125 diameter sector shaft, and I also have a sector housing for a BB truck that has a bore of 1.250 for the sector shaft. Hard to impossible to find rebuild sector and worm gears for the BB box. I do believe the column drop was the same as '32 pass. Ratio on the BB might be 17:1, cars were 13:1 for 1932, and 15:1 for 33-34.
