Lighten up. "Concours correct" is a neutral statement, expressing an existing condition. Therefore it carries no positive or negative connotation. My Ford is no where near "concours correct" and I prefer it that way, as I can drive it anywhere and anytime I want. I know of which I speak, because I nave a car that is probably pretty close that hasn't turned a wheel in two years. I plan on remedying that this summer.

I am actually one of the "crazies" that emboss the reproduction panels to replicate the correct appearance.
Kube, could you explain how you emboss the panels? Thank you

Those are actually vinyl that I had cut. I was fortunate enough to have an authentic panel, so it was fairly easy to replicate the size and font accurately.
