Hello again, I probably have to do a “new member” thread I’ve been gone so long.
![]() Life&work got in the way, I finally retired and I am pushing on with the 47 coupe. I have a question about the lower radiator splash pan. I’m not sure if I have it on correctly, or if I have the rubber strip correctly installed on it. My Ford books don’t show that in very good detail. Thank you, Ralph P.S. I hope I can visit more often now that I’m retired. |

If yours is a late 47 it will be the same as my 48. The hole for radiator drain is the horizontal position & the the angle part with rubber strip goes against radiator. Hope this helps
