Default What's stock & what's not? 1948 Firewall.
Currently tidying my '48 Merc firewall and wanting to identify factory holes.
Can someone please post a photo of a factory 1948 firewall?

You probably need to have a Canadian reply. Yours looks the very rare Canadian only Merc that was manufactured on the Ford 112in chassis. Nice looking car as these were availiable in a business cpe. It also has the park lights below the head lamps. This is a stunning car. I like it.

Keep checking online for sale cars. Eventually you will find a nice under hood photo of an original.
