Can not figure how the wind lace is at the swing arm threaded knob location. Is part of the wind lace flap cut away to clear knob. A picture sure would help. thanks

On my 32closed cars the windlace starts at the B pillar. It comes across the top of the door opening and drops down the A pillar to the sill plate. It's tucked in at the plate. As it passes the short A pillar garnish molding it is attached by 2 sheet metal screws that are hidden once the garnish is in place. As I am away from my toys I can't supply a picture. I hope this helps.
