Default 36 coupe rear window question

Can any of you Barners tell me the dimensions of the shaft of the actuator mech that moves the rear window up and down? I want to put a small crank handle on mine, to replace the little wing type handle. My car lives up in Maine and I only get to visit when the weather is nice. It's 1200 miles away at the moment. I believe I have sourced a good candidate for replacement, but there's no need to spend money on a maybe.
Can anyone confirm the width of the square shaft that the handle mounts to?
Thanks fellas!
