Default 1949 Ford Spare Tire Hold Down

Trying to help a friend restore his really nice original 49 coupe. Wondering what spare tire hold down hardware was original for that car? No info could be found in my 49 - 69 illustration manual, the wagon an t bird had illustrations , not the passenger car.
Anybody have a nice original that could post some closeup pictures up pictures of the spare tire stowage hardware? Thanks in advance.

Maybe '49's are different, but every "shoebox" I have owned used the jack base as the hold down for the spare.

Wouldn't the bolt have to be longer?
I had to go move things around in the storage building to get this photo, so I'm not going to run out there and look if my jack base will fit right now.
Since my 1949 was a very original vehicle, I don't think that the 'little old school teacher' who owned it would have replaced the base with this bracket........
But, as we know, stranger things have happened.
