Default Bob Jones from Carpenter's passing

Guys, I know many of you knew Bob Jones from Carpenter's. If you didn't, he was "the guy" that handled the NOS parts end of the business for many years.
Lord knows he helped me find a number of those purported unobtanium pieces for my restorations.
Sadly, he is no longer with us, having passed about an hour ago.

Rest in peace Bob...

In my 20 years of trips to Hershey, the Carpenter tent and speaking with both Dennis and Bob was always my first stop in the Chocolate field. He was always very close to Roy Nacowicz's booth. Dennis always gave the EFV8 Natinoal Club a spot to entice new members. Will miss them.

Bob was kind & knowledgeable.
He secured 7 crucial NOS for my 53.
Always helpful.
Rest in peace.

Cancelled check Bob gave me at Hershey after I bought some parts from him. That dealership was still in business at the time and was run by the great granddaughter of the founder. I think they were at 96 years when they closed.
Bob was a neat guy. Also got to visit with Dennis on the phone for about 45 minutes not long after that. Both treasured memories.

May he rest in peace. Bob is who taught me ford's part numbering system and taught me many things along the way. I'll never forget the first time I met him when I was 18. He always mailed my daughter something for christmas.

Bob was a great guy, got several parts for our convertible from him, I needed a generator pully, called Bob, he said I'll get it shipped; send a check when you receive it, will be greatly missed

I miss my annual conversation with Bob at Hershey under the Carpenter tent surrounded by the neatly organized NOS Ford parts. Bob was always busy but took time to help me look for parts I needed and give me advice. I'll miss him but I can carry good memories of him with me.
