Among my parts I found a very good inner ring. Nice and clean and no damage. Send me a private message if you decide you need it. It appears the two pieces do not come apart.

Thanks TJ …. Sent you a PM … was able to get one locally.
I did find out that the same horn ring was used into the 50’s steering wheels.
