Default Odd Bolts?

I picked up a 1937 Ford Tudor. Found these in a box of parts. What are they for?

Battery hold down. Those are hard to find.

Kens 36...The battery bolts pictured are for the passenger cars. The ones for the pickups are two different lengths, both longer than the passenger car ones. The ones for pickups are also scarce.
