Need some help - trying to remove the passenger front door glass for replacement. Removed the panel, removed the crank stop but the window doesn't go low enough to remove the arms from the channel. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe there are two stops on the regulator. Check to see that you removed the correct one. I just did this on my ‘37.

There is usually a screw in the bottom of the channel that must be removed.

Perhaps I shouldn't say "you must". However, I have done MANY and that method has worked well for me.
