Default 1947 Horn disassembly help

Hi [emoji1309], I picked up a 47 working horn, unfortunately the wires need to be replaced, I went to take it apart to notice looks like it's been put together with rivets. Rather than you nuts and bolts, Has anyone torn one apart?. Do I have to grind off the rivets or am I missing something?. I've tried looking online and YouTube with no luck.

Thxs

Remove the rivets to open and replace with nuts and bolts after repair.
