Erick. There has been a lot of problems with scammers lately so some safeguards have been put in place to stop newly signed up members replying to the classified ads. I don't know but this may also extend to people placing an ad.

You need to be signed on for at least 24 hours and have 10 posts before replying to an ad. It might be that a similar ruleset is in place for placing an ad.
