52 f1 posi reverse eye front spring

Hi gents

I purchase posi reverse eye front spring for the 52 f1. Do I need to buy special shackles? One eye is up and other is down.

Do I need this:

Put the reversed eye to the front, if turned around it will bind on shackle housing at the top. Also make sure when setting up caster and camber using the 2-7 degree wedges between springs and axle.

Thanks. Hard to tell from pic but that looks like regular shackles.

Put those springs on my trucks. Just use the original ford shackles that came with truck.
