Default Locking Spare wheel Hub cap

I just picked up a locking Hub Cap and it has info on the back side, Hurd Lock Co. Part # 40-014 and below that it has the number "8" stamped into the metal, can someone tell me if it is a 34 or 35 Cap , the front slide to uncover the key hole seems to uniform all around the edge, I'm having a key made for it at the present time, thanks guys for your help ..

The oval on the cap itself(not lock lid) is stretched on each side on a 34 .The 35 its even all the way around the lock lid. They don't bring much anymore unless the stainless is perfect. There must be 3 or 4 a week on EBAY.
