I started a thread asking why they seemed so rare and got great resoponses so I think it would be fun to know how many of our cars still have an original medallion in place?

This is probably a response to both of your posts. When my uncle went off to school in 1954 he took the horn and center bumper clamp off the car because they were popular to steal. He gave me the car in 1968 but didn't realize I still have it,just with a different body. Two years ago he sent me the horn and medallion,I put the horn back on,but I already have a repro medallion on the car,so I will most likely use it on one of my original cars.My two original unrestored cars are both missing the center clamps.
