Default Denver, Berts

I just returned from two weeks in Colo and California. While in Denver, I stopped to see Bert's. It's quite a place! Thousands of "A" parts which he graciously allowed me to pick through. The mechanics were willing to share a little time and experience with me and I was allowed to pick through the junkyerd part. A really good experience! Terrific people! A highlight of the trip!

I bought my car at Bert's. And had it worked on when I got in over my head. And buy all my parts there. Plus, it's a real pleasure to walk around the junkyard and the racks of parts. I learn a lot just doing that.

Bert's was the highlight of a trip to Denver and Estes Park a couple of years ago. They had a car I could easily have found myself driving home in. Tom Wesenberg found the powerhouse generator for my 60-A there. Nice unit, now all fitted with Tom's EVR. Make sure you go to Bert's if you are in the area.

I have been to Bert's 3 times over the last 25 years. Great place to stop and spend some time. Hoping to stop by again next spring. Rod

Just had a very nice bit of help from Steve Becker regarding a hydraulic brake kit. Very helpful!
