Fender question
The front fenders on the front fenders I bought they have a slight raised crease in the center of the fenders. They fit perfectly Obviously factory . I've never seen that.
I thought all fenders and splash pans etc.. were the same 30/31 ???? |

Re: Fender question
I am not following you when you say "...the front fenders on the front fenders", ...as to indicate there is one fender on top of another. There is a distinct difference between the 1930 fender with the two-piece body apron vs. the late 1930-31 front fender with the one-piece apron. Also differences between the fenders with the fastener counter sunk support, and also the Sedan fender often referred to an the 'eyebrow' fender. Maybe you could post some pictures so we can better explain what you are seeing??

Re: Fender question
Are you talking about eyebrow fenders? They had a detail on the front edge of the fender that is not on most fenders.
A pic would be helpful. oops, should have read the rest of Brent's post.... |

Re: Fender question
I meant on the center of the front fender. They are not at my house they're ay my shop. I'll take a pic later. Not sure the raised crease will be visible in a pic .

Re: Fender question
If you are referring to how close the crease comes to the front edge of the fender I have some of both. You have to be really observant to notice it. One of my cars has one of each and I had never noticed but the others I think are matched...
