Does anyone have the measurement for where the fender front and rear brace is place on the frame?

Placement is dictated from where the factory holes are punched in the frame.
If you are dealing with an aftermarket frame, I would ask the aftermarket supplier to provide measurements for you. Their placement could be different from original factory dimensions.
