Default All state carburator

I had my Model A 31 roadster carburetor rebuilt and was told it's a Allstate. Question Is that like Sears Allstate . Not much history out here on these. Would this have been a replacement carburetor or would have Ford used this units. I'm nosey...... I've taken on this roadster project with little of no knowledge but between the Barn and my good friend Charlie this old girls going to come back to life....
Thanks for any replies.... God Bless
