Hood bumpers
Just a quick question. The hood bumpers I used on 30 Model A hoods for the longest time were 15/16inch diameter and 3/8 inch tall at the highest part. I ordered some from my supplier(reputable) and they arrived today. They are smaller and taller 5/8 diameter and 1/2 inch tall. Which are correct?

Re: Hood bumpers
The Restoration Guidelines and Judging Standards (1994, Revised 2011, page 13-2) has a drawing showing hood bumpers up to April 1931 as cylindrical in shape and having 5/8" diameter and 1/2" height. From April 1931 to end of production, they were triangular in shape.
