Default 1939 pickup windshield hinge pin

I have a quick question for you guys. I知 about to test fit my windshield frame into my 1939 Ford pickup and I知 not sure how the lower bracket that screws to the windshield frame attaches to the pivot on the crank regulator.
Is a 3/16 spring pin used? Seems like it would be a pain to install once I have glass in the frame.
It was already disassembled when I purchased the truck so I知 at a loss..

Original pins looked like a small clevis pin with a shallow head, there was a flat on one side of the head that faced the bracket, and knurl under the head to secure it in place. The pins were somewhat snug in the bracket and free in the eye on the regulator arm.

Pin the bracket to the arm first, then hang the windshield from its hinges. Once the windshield is hung its easy to screw the lower brackets to the frame bottom. Probably don't need to say this but make sure you clean up all the mounting holes before assembly.

Do you know where I could source these pins?

Thanks for the info! I was wondering the best way to assemble the frame to the truck after the glass is installed.
