door handles
I am working on the door handles for my '30 coupe. I received the doors already apart and am not sure what the two holes in the bezel fasten to. There does not seem to be any place in the latch mechanism to receive the screws, so where do they go? Any one integrated a bearclaw latch into an original latch? Would love to see what others have done. Thanks for any and all replys. also looking for a decent set of outside handles and also whatever is the receiving part for the screws.

Re: door handles
You should be ably to turn the handle 45 degrees clockwise, then push it into the latch assemble already mounted in the door, then let the handle spring back to horizontal and install the 2 screws into the door to hold the bezel in place. I've posted pictures of the handle assembly R&R for my 29 Tudor, which should be just like your 30 Coupe.

Re: door handles
Here's a link to the 4 pictures of my 29 Tudor that might help. If your threads are missing, as Mitch said, then you might have to JB weld some nuts in place. I never looked at my door to see how the nuts were held in place.
