Better bolt the horn up before you go driving

The horn is 12 volts and chrome.I am changing the system back to 6 volts as all the orginial parts were in a box on a shelf in the barn. BLUE? it was all Black and second owner added the BLUE somewhere in the early 60's. I was told by his kids. There father bought the car in 1962[being the second owner].Service sticker inside door jam [Washington D.C.] a Gulf gas station.

No orginial plugs, but some tools under the seat not used. In 1986 he died and someone the wife new[ a boyfriend] went from 6 V to 12 V so they can go out at nite for a drive around the back farm land. Wires look like spaghetti at wire harness. Its a solid car with less then a dime size rust out in right rear fender well corner.Speedometer does move. [in reverse[l.o.l.] kidding. Now the V12 1931 Fleetwood Roadster Caddy [restored with 6 miles on it [now that a car ,one of the finest restoration i have ever seen.] 1932 Packard 7 passenger phaeton runs super nice, solid ,complete and just a paint job over the orginal paint. This guy collected them in the 50's. So i got the "A" thats all i can afford. That's orginial black paint on gas tank, sun viser too.
