I used to post pictures from Facebook. I would share it to my email then to my albums then to here. I can't share them to my email anymore. It doesn't give me that option

You can take a screenshot of it, paste it into paint.net, then crop it as needed. Then work with it as before.

Is it an iPhone? If so, when the picture is on the screen, press the “Volume up” button and the “side button” simultaneously (the side button is the one you normally press to close your phone.) If the ringer is on you’ll hear the “snapshot” sound.
Then go to Photos. The screenshot you just took will be the most recent photo.
If you have a non-iPhone, I have no idea.
