‘36 oil pan
Swapping out a flathead in my 1936 Fordor. The new engine does not have the little can item on the oil pan behind where the starter goes into it. My question is do I need that on there and is there a way to add it or do I need to completely replace the oil pan?

Re: ‘36 oil pan
do not really need it but a muffler shop can supply you with a pipe to replace it
