No buffed stainless steel Philips head screws?

not on my watch! Raven finish done in Danbury Conn. Shop 5 years ago and NO clear dope put on yet. Steel finish is Eastwood plain steel finish paint. I do not bead blast hardware. It takes away the draw marks on the steel .

The raven finish looks grayer than black oxide, is it like parcrizing ( wish I could spell
that), it looks like that?

Dudley its raven finish [might be the light in the room] but its Black. Don Turley , FBI has my finger prints and so does the State of New York. Don ,,you will be getting a box in the mail in the next 3-4 days... Merry Christmas. treat it with care!
