See the below link. Alot different than rebuilding a Model A.
It was my grandfather's truck. Info. on the net indicates it is 1 of approx. 135 '63 Falcon Rancheros with 260 V8 and 4 speed transmission. note: The guy in the first photo is my cousin Ted, who helped in getting the truck from California to Texas. http://63-v8-4speedranchero.s5.com/toms63.htm

Nicely done! Very cool and unique pickup! Even better that it has a story and has been in the family since new.

Growing up, my family always seem to have had a falcon at one time or another. Love those cars/trucks

A pair of Texas "nads" hangin' from the pumkin would be the finishing touch, just kidding. Thanks for posting, top notch craftsmanship indeed.

I had a black 6 cyl Ranchero many years ago. Loved it's size and ease of operation. Unfortunately the Maibne winter salt took it down before it's time. Beautiful job on yours.

Nicely done , I remember seeing a solid 63 ranchero in Ga. when I was in the military for only 300 dollars and very solid . I wish I had gotten it .

I agree, that was a beautiful restoration job.
Is that your own rotisserie? I'd like to have one if I had the room. |
