Default '30 Roadster windshield

Still trying to figure out how this '30 roadster windshield goes back together.
I finally got it all apart, it was held together in the corners by what looks like some home made "L" brackets (see pictures) screwed in and then spot welded.

Question is how were these put together originally?

Those parts look home made, they don't look like the one on my OCPU.

Are you talking about all the parts or just the "L" brackets?

Do you or anyone have any pictures as to what they should look like?

I'm talking about all the parts. I don't have any pictures handy.
This thread shows a repair that may give you some idea what
it should look like. http://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showth...ght=windshield

That isn't a Model A windshield frame. I have no idea what it would have fit or worked on.

Ok, its not a '30 or '31 roadster window frame, what is it? Any ideas?

See picture below.

The top and bottom are 42 5/8" the sides are 15 1/8"

It MAY be a '30-31 windshield frame but is NOT a Ford windshield frame or even mount on any Ford stanchions! Maybe there is enough diversity here to provide a reasonable guess. Was the Essex still produced in 1930?
